Kathy works exclusively with investment firms or service providers within that market segment. Her focus provides clients with unmatched depth of knowledge and expertise.

Ascertaining a candidate's ability to produce results within each particular client's corporate culture and business life cycle are the goals of this extensive questioning. Once a candidate is aligned with a client's specifications, then comprehensive reference checking, license, designation, and degree verifications are conducted. This process leads to the perfect fit.

Kathy has also been an active member of The International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR) ( since 2000. She plays a key role on the executive committee for IACPR's Small Search Firm Roundtable, which brings innovative thought leadership to the organization's boutique search firm members.

Kathy Freeman Godfrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from California State University, Chico. She lives in San Luis Obispo, California with her husband and two children.
