Kathy has been an active member of the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR) since 2000 where she collaborates with both corporate HR professionals and executive search colleagues committed to developing best practices within the field of recruitment. Kathy holds a BS in Marketing from California State University, Chico. She lives in San Luis Obispo, California with her husband and two children.
