Kathy Freeman Godfrey has more than 30 years of experience identifying, attracting, assessing, and recruiting top financial services talent nationally. Since founding her firm in 1992, she has executed hundreds of assignments for C-Suite executives, executive leadership, and high-impact individual contributors. Kathy is recognized for her thought leadership across the industry and serves as a frequent conference speaker and panelist. She has also authored and contributed to numerous industry publications on talent management and diversity. Kathy Freeman Godfrey received a B.S. in Marketing from California State University, Chico. She lives on California's Central Coast with her husband and has two children.

Chelsea O'Hara joined Kathy Freeman Company in 2013. Chelsea is the front-line ambassador for all client relationships and executes key individual contributor searches for our clients. Additionally, she leads the company’s corporate marketing initiatives, spearheads the firm’s annual research study, and provides oversight and direction to research interns. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University, SLO with a B.S. in Economics and a concentration in Marketing. Outside of the office, you can find her at the spin studio, going to concerts, gardening, and spending time with her two mastiffs, Tess & Ella.
