Kathy Freeman Godfrey has more than 30 years of experience attracting, assessing, and recruiting top financial services talent. Since founding her firm in 1992, she has executed hundreds of assignments for C-Suite executives, executive leadership, and high-impact individual contributors. Kathy is recognized for her thought leadership across the industry and serves as a frequent conference speaker and panelist. She has also contributed to numerous industry publications. Kathy graduated from California State University, Chico. She lives on California's Central Coast with her husband and has two children. In her spare time, you can find her golfing, hiking, or cycling.

Luke Iunker
VP, Relationship Management

As VP, Relationship Management, Luke’s responsibilities encompass consulting with clients on searches, assessment of candidates for fit, as well as spearheading the firm’s marketing initiatives and social media presence. Before working at Kathy Freeman Company, Luke worked for a large online sports retailer where he managed a team of 90 individuals in client relations. Luke graduated from Cal Poly State University with a B.S. in Business Management. He lives on California’s Central Coast with his wife, Courtney, and their dog, Margot. In his spare time, you can find Luke playing all kinds of sports including golf, basketball, and pickleball.
