This Talent Trends Report is based on a survey of an exclusive group of executive-level sales and distribution leaders in Asset Management conducted over two three-week periods in February 2020 and July 2020. Because the world changed so dramatically after the February survey, we surveyed the group again in July which included some questions from the February survey and new questions that were more relevant due to the pandemic.
